Cost
Please make cheques payable to “ESO 2009”. Registration fee includes accommodation (shared room), Friday’s reception, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, coffee breaks, and Banquet on Saturday. Receipts will be available upon registration at the meeting in Dorset, and will be itemized to show Registration, Meals and Accommodation costs.
